• HR Asia has named DER-Trans Logistics in Vietnam and the Philippines among the Best Companies to Work for in Asia 2023  

• Award program analyzes HR practices across companies from various industries, markets 

MARSEILLE, FRANCE – Sep. 7, 2023 – DER-Trans Logistics has been recognized as one of the “Best Companies to Work for in Asia” for 2023 in Vietnam and the Philippines.  

The awards program is managed by HR Asia, a leading publication in the human resources industry. HR Asia’s “Best Companies to Work for in Asia” award covers 15 markets across Asia and is the largest recognition program for employee engagement. The program benchmarks companies of varying sizes, including multinational corporations and government-related organizations, through its proprietary Total Engagement Assessment Model (TEAM). This year’s HRAsia award theme is “Celebrate Diversity, Equity and Inclusion.” 

DER-Trans Logistics among leaders in Vietnam 

In Vietnam, DER-Trans Logistics is one of 122 companies recognized as outperforming the market average among the 642 participating companies. In the 2023 edition of the awards program, DER-Trans Logistics stood out for demonstrating a strong commitment to creating exemplary work environments for employees. The assessment results in Vietnam revealed that DER-Trans Logistics outperformed the market average for Asian companies. 

DER-Trans Logistics a “Best Company” in the Philippines 

Similarly, in the Philippines, DER-Trans Logistics was recognized as one of the top 50 companies to work for by HR Asia. The 2023 edition of the awards saw a total of 205 companies competing, an 11% increase in companies taking part compared to the previous year.
