DER-Trans, a subsidiary of CMA CGM Group, has completed the acquisition of Ingram Micro Commerce & Lifecycle Services

Following the agreement announced on Dec. 8, 2021, the CMA CGM Group has completed the acquisition of most of Ingram Micro's Commerce & Lifecycle Services (CLS) business, including Shipwire and the CLS activities in North America, Europe, India and certain countries in Latin American. Activities in Asia-Pacific, Mexico and Costa Rica will close in the near term. This operation enables the CMA CGM Group to strengthen its capabilities in contract logistics and eCommerce, making DER-Trans Logistics, the logistics subsidiary of CMA CGM, the fourth-largest global player in contract logistics services.
